VOLUNTEER

HELP US BUILD A DREAM!

The generosity and dedication of hundreds of lovely volunteers each summer helps make Doune The Rabbit Hole a reality.

Once again, we’re on the lookout for friendly, enthusiastic people, over the age of 18 (unless you’re volunteering with a parent/guardian!) to help make the magic happen. It’s a great opportunity to delve into the workings of a small, boutique family friendly festival, see what happens behind the scenes and get valuable experience for your CV.

Read on to find out about the roles we have available and follow the links to apply!

BUILD & BREAK

Work on the physical construction and deconstruction of the event – this could be painting signs, constructing stages, marking campsites, building roads, erecting marquees, creating car parks, building fences, catering and much more. We’ll be camping on site from just over a week before until about ten days after the festival itself - precise dates of the Build & Break period are on the application form, below, but you’d be welcome to join us on any of the days during your time with us and you’ll be well looked after if you do!

The roles available include helping behind the bars, stewarding, litter picking (under supervision & with PPE supplied by us), driving (licence required), helping park cars (Friday mainly), helping at Box Office, Artist Liaison (hospitality for artists), Technical Backstage (helping on stage production) and more.
